Founded as part of a larger initiative by the Dr. Vijay Pal Memorial Society, established in 1975, the Dr. Vijay Pal Memorial Reference Library stands as a testament to our enduring commitment to education and community service.

The society is a registered charitable institution under the Societies Registration Act and the Income Tax Act, dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals through education and knowledge sharing.

In Memory of Our Founders

Dr. Sahib Singh Verma, an esteemed figure in Indian politics and former Chief Minister of Delhi, was instrumental in the founding of the Dr. Vijay Pal Memorial Library. A visionary leader with a deep commitment to education and community service.
